The company was requested by the
general construction industry to furnish and install flexible membrane liners leading to
our first installation, in 1975, at the Camp Pendleton Marine Corp. base in Southern
California. In 1981, we began to develop flexible membrane floating cover systems.
We pioneered the development and refinement of the REVOC® mechanically tensioned
reservoir cover and the patented EWR elevated wall reservoir systems. Since then, C.
W.
Neal Corp. has developed into an industry leader in the supply of all types of
floating reservoir covers, liners and baffles and other specialty items. Recently we have
introduced the ENCONOSTORE™ and ENVIROSTORE™ reservoir containment systems.
What began as a small operation has
grown to three locations servicing the United States and foreign markets to provide
quality efficient solutions to the containment needs of our clients.
We have the unique capability and
commitment to provide our services as a turnkey design build contractor.

our clients needs.
OWNERSHIP:
Charles W. Neal:
President of the corporation and gives insight and consultation to his two
sons, Charles W. "Skip" Neal II and Michael P. Neal.
Charles W. Neal II: Joined
the company in 1972 and became co-owner of Neal and Sons. He is now the General
Manager/Vice President who oversees the daily operations of the entire organization
including: the main divisional office in Santee, CA, the Fabrication Division in
Hollister, CA and Sales and Marketing in the Northwest Regional Office. He works
with Michael Neal who oversees all construction operations.
Michael P. Neal:
Became co-owner in 1982 of C. W. Neal and given the responsibility of overseeing
the Construction Division along with working in coordination with the General Manager to
make decisions on overall operations.

Main Office:
Located at 8625 Argent Street, Santee, CA 92071. Currently employs
8 personnel
dealing with Accounting, Project Management, Estimating, Insurance, Safety, Human Resources
and Sales and Marketing.
Maintenance Division: Located
at 8625 Argent Street, Santee, CA 92071. Primary purpose is to servicing ongoing
floating cover, liner and baffle maintenance and upgrades.
Fabrication Division:
Located at 1501 Lana Way, Hollister, CA 95023. Primary purpose is to
manage in-coming orders and fabricate flexible membrane roll goods into value added
products required for each individual project in an efficient and timely manner.
Customers include major material suppliers, competitors, contractors and direct sales.
Northwest Regional Office:
Located at P.O. Box 5281, Eugene, OR 97405. Regional office for Michael Neal.
Main responsibility at this facility is construction management, customer service and
sales.
